First United Federal Credit Union is happy to offer an Audio Teller Service.  This convenient system allows you to perform numerous credit union transactions simply by picking up a touch-tone phone. You can use it to make payments on loans, transfer funds, make balance inquiries and more. The Audio Teller has up to the minute account information at your fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Step 1)     A computer voice will answer and ask for your Credit Union Code - Enter 153 followed by the # sign.

Step 2)    Enter your member account number followed by the # sign.

Step 3)     Enter your PIN* followed by the # sign. 

*First time users will be prompted to enter your PIN number, which is the last 4 numbers of your Social Security Number. For security purposes the computer will tell you that this number has expired and you need to enter a new 4 digit PIN number of your choosing.

Step 4) You will then hear a menu of options availabe, which include:

  • To Make A Loan Payment
  • To Transfer Between Savings and Checking
  • To Hear Account History (including checks clearing)
  • To check Account Balances
  • And More!

 

The Audio Teller System is both easy and safe to use. Be sure to keep your PIN confidential. If you should loose your PIN, call our office immediately. We will assist you with resetting your PIN.

The Audio Teller System Agreement

  • I understand I can not use The Audio Teller System without a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  • It is my understanding that my PIN may be used for transfers within my account(s) and information regarding my account and other transactions as may become available.
  • I am responsible for the safekeeping of my PIN provided by the credit union and for all transactions by use of The Audio Teller System.
  • I will notify the credit union immediately and send confirmation if my PIN is disclosed to anyone.  I understand that if I give another person access to my accounts by way of The Audio Teller System that I am responsible for any transactions made by that person. 
  • I further understand that my PIN is non-transferable, and I will not disclose my PIN or permit any unauthorized use thereof.
  • If I default in any amounts I owe under this agreement, I agree to pay any and all attorney fees and collection costs incurred by the credit union.
  • I waive all present or future claims against the credit union and release said credit union from all responsibility for loss or damage not caused by the credit union's negligence which I might incur through unauthorized transactions of any kind from my account through the custody and use of the PIN.
  • I understand the credit union reserves the right to discontinue access to The Audio Teller System without notice, and will not be liable for failure to honor any Audio Teller transactions.
  • Amendments to this agreement may be provided to me, in accordance with applicable laws, without restatement conditions and requirements as the Credit Union may establish from time to time.
